RETURN POLICY

Here at Trophy Life Hair, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and high quality, luxury hair extensions.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and/or shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it and shipped back to us with 7 days of receiving the item. All returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Trophy Life Hair. For more information or questions, please email us!

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your payment has been cleared, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders may be shipped sooner, depending on sales volume at the time. Please note, processing times may be longer during or closely after major sales.

Your tracking number is provided electronically via e-mail the moment your package has been shipped.

Trophy Life Hair does not bear the risk of lost or stolen merchandise once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided to the customer. For this reason,  all packages will require a signature upon receiving.

Please review customer shipping address carefully when placing order, as Trophy Life Hair is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.
